Every call your team makes is scored, not three out of a hundred
Salesei transcribes every conversation, scores it on six sales stages and rolls the team's work into one number — the SalesScore. Weak spots come in plain words with a quote, not as a number.

From a call recording to a clear next action

What you see every day
Manager's dashboard
Team SalesScore, trend, coverage and “strengthen first” — who to train before anyone else.

Rep card
Stage scores, weak spots with evidence, assigned drills and before → after.

Call breakdown
Stages, needs, objections with the customer's quote and the rep's reply, next step, what to improve.

Scoring scenarios
The reference SalesScore plus your own criteria per team type. A scenario never changes retroactively — scores across periods stay comparable.
Goals by deal stage
Each pipeline stage has its own next step. The score shows whether the rep reached the goal.

Owner's report
A monthly PDF: how SalesScore and conversion changed after the drills.

A different answer for each role
What the sales lead gets
Three questions answered at once: who is weakest, at what exactly, who to strengthen first.
One scale for the whole team — the score no longer depends on whose call you happened to hear.
Weak spots in plain words: “caves on the price objection”, not “56 points”.
The team score next to conversion and revenue — what conversation quality is worth in money.
What the rep gets
A breakdown of their own call: what worked, which stage fell apart.
A clear next step instead of a dressing-down at the stand-up.
Their own score and its trend — progress is visible, not only mistakes.
The deal card fills itself: summary, fields, task.

SalesScore
SalesScore — one number for all calls
A 0–100 score across six stages. Call scores roll up into the rep's and the team's score, a weekly trend, a ranking and a comparison with the niche. Every number has a quote.

What we don't promise
No ready-made case studies or effect figures — the effect is measured on your own calls.
Niche benchmarks appear once a niche has five companies, and only with participants' consent.
Questions about calls
Where do the recordings come from?
From the CRM (amoCRM, Bitrix24, Kommo) and the PBX via API, from an archive or a manually uploaded file. Missed calls and conversations under 15 seconds are not scored and not billed.
How fast does the breakdown appear?
A call from the PBX or Bitrix24 arrives as an event right after the conversation; the breakdown follows within minutes. History for the chosen period loads in the background.
What if the score is wrong?
Every conclusion is backed by a quote from the transcript — you always see the source. Scenario criteria are visible before launch, and the scenario never changes retroactively.
Can we score on our own criteria?
Yes. The reference SalesScore stays for comparison, and your own scenario has your criteria, weights and a “not applicable” mark for stages that shouldn't appear in this call type.
What is written to the CRM?
A note with the summary, deal fields (next step, budget, decision maker and your own fields), a “next step” task with a date taken from the conversation. Only by the team's rules and never over what a person filled in.
