Integrations

We fit into your stack, not the other way around

CRM and telephony connect in 15 minutes without an integrator. The result of a breakdown goes back to where the rep works — the deal card. Anything not on the list comes in through the public API.

CRM

Calls, deals and staff sync on their own. The summary, fields and a “next step” task go back to the card.

amoCRMworks
Connect with a long-lived token in 10 minutes, no integrator; one-click via the amoCRM marketplace comes after the app is published. Calls, deals, contacts, users and groups. A prompter widget for the duration of the call.
Bitrix24works
Cloud and on-premise — via an inbound webhook in three steps. A call arrives as an event right after the conversation, with recordings from built-in telephony and Marketplace PBXs. A prompter embed in the call card.
Kommoworks
With a long-lived token. The same calls, deals and staff as amoCRM.
Other CRMin development
RetailCRM, Megaplan, 1C:CRM, Pipedrive — on request. For now — archive import or the public API.
How to connect
1
“Connections → CRM” — pick yours.
2
Grant access in the CRM window or paste a token — checked immediately: “we see 214 calls from yesterday”.
3
Confirm what will connect and what will be written to the CRM. The first breakdowns arrive the same day.
The Salesei app in the amoCRM and Bitrix24 marketplaces comes after publication; until then — token and webhook.

Telephony

Events and recordings by key or OAuth. Only Telphin streams live audio for the prompter from the PBX itself; the others work through the Chrome extension.

Asterisk / FreePBXin development
An ARI gateway: the PBX connects to Salesei itself, both sides separately. In development.
live prompter hints + recording breakdowns
Other PBXworks
Recordings — via the public API, a webhook with a recording link, or an archive. Live audio — via the Chrome extension.
How to connect
1
“Connections → Telephony” — pick your PBX.
2
Grant access: an OAuth button, a key or a ready-made config snippet. Whatever the API allows, Salesei does itself.
3
“Check”: we see calls from the last week, recordings download, live audio yes or no.
Missed calls and conversations under 15 seconds are not scored and not billed.

Chats

Telegram works through a partner quality-control service. Other channels are in development.

Telegramworks
Groups — via a bot; direct chats — account linking via a link, no session handover. Exclusions are never stored.
WhatsAppin development
In development; early access on request.
MAXin development
In development.
Emailin development
A thread as an episode, the same scale. Recruiting a pilot.
CRM chatin development
Bitrix24 open channels and amoCRM chats — through the CRM already connected. In development.
Scoring episodes on six sales stages (SalesScore in chats) — a pilot with the first customers.

Meetings

The prompter hears the meeting tab and your microphone through the Chrome extension — no integration with the services themselves is needed.

Zoomearly access
The web version in a browser tab. The hint sits in the side panel next to the meeting.
Google Meetearly access
In a browser tab.
Microsoft Teamsearly access
The web version in a browser tab.
Kontur.Talkearly access
In a browser tab.
Any meeting in the browserearly access
Anything that opens in a Chrome, Yandex Browser or Edge tab.
After the meeting — a transcript, a SalesScore and a deal entry, just like a call. A bot that joins the meeting itself is a separate task; we name no dates.

Without an integration

You can start in a minute — without a CRM or telephony.

File uploadworks
MP3, WAV, M4A — one conversation, a breakdown in a minute. The first one — right on the home page, no sign-up.
Archive importworks
An archive of recordings with a table: who called, when, whom. Progress and a per-row report.

For developers

Your own telephony, your own CRM or your own agent — connected without custom work on our side.

Public APIworks
Scoped keys, POST /api/v1/interactions for calls and chats, statuses and breakdown results. Docs — /api/v1/docs.
Webhooksworks
Outbound events with a signature and retries: breakdown ready, drill assigned, chat signal.
MCP serverworks
Salesei data in Claude, ChatGPT, Claude Code and Cursor: “who handles ‘too expensive’ worst this week?” — with quotes from calls.

What goes back to the CRM

After every scored conversation — by the team's rules, with a preview before enabling and never over what a person filled in.

A note with the summary: score, the conversation in short, next step, a link to the breakdown.
Deal fields: next step, budget, timeline, decision maker — and up to ten of your own fields.
A “next step” task with a date from the conversation: “I'll call back Thursday afternoon” → Thursday, 14:00.
Bitrix24: the transcript in the call card.
Modes: right after the breakdown, or after the manager's approval — via Drafts.

Questions about connecting

My PBX isn't on the list. What now?
Three paths with no custom work: a webhook from the PBX with a recording link following a template, the public API, or an archive import. Live audio for the prompter — via the Chrome extension, if reps call from the browser.
How long does connecting take?
CRM — 10–15 minutes. Telephony — three steps in the wizard; whatever the provider allows via API, Salesei sets up itself, the rest is a short “left to do in the PBX admin” checklist. The first breakdowns arrive the same day.
Do you download the recordings?
Yes: many PBX links expire within minutes, so the recording is saved in the workspace and sent to recognition from there. The data centre is in Kazakhstan; hosting in Russia — on request.
Can I connect several sources?
Yes: a CRM for deals and staff, a PBX for calls, Telegram for chats, the API for the rest. A live prompter call and the PBX recording are merged into one conversation — one score, one note.

How many deals sit in your CRM without a next step right now?

Connect your CRM — Salesei fills in the cards after the very first breakdown.
