The Salesei widget in amoCRM
I installed the widget — what next?
Open your Salesei workspace and finish the setup: we check that calls are visible and recordings download, group reps into teams, you approve the scoring scenario — and reviews run on their own.
What does it need to work?
Telephony that saves call recordings to amoCRM. Installing the widget is free; the plan is chosen in Salesei.
How do I disconnect it?
In amoCRM open amoMarket, find Salesei and disconnect it. Access keys to the account are deleted and new calls stop loading; calls already reviewed stay in the workspace.
